My Childhood Story
When I was ten I went to Italy with my family. One of the days we were there we went to an amusement park. The entire day I begged my Dad to let me go on the big roller coaster, so finally he gave in and took me up to the front of the line. The guy running the ride measured me to see if I was big enough to ride on the roller coaster. I came about a foot short but he let me on the ride anyway. About halfway through the ride I started to slip out the side of the harness because I was so small. I literally had to hold the harness to my chest as I was going around the loops. I managed to stay in the rest of the ride but I was pretty close to falling out.

5 Artist's Websites
1.) Alex Grey
-His work mostly deals with human anatomy and it's expression through certain emotions. He also has a lot of self portraits from different periods of his life.
- I like the amount of information that is in his website. There are also a lot of his early works from when he was a kid.
- I think the web site could be a little more sleek. Maybe more white rather than black.
2.)Cindy Sherman
-Her work is very provocative and a little disturbing. She takes classical images and poses and kind of pokes fun at them.
-I like the arrangement of her work in the specific galleries.
-I don't like the advertisements in the home page.
3.)Cao Fei
-She does many different types of work, one in which she took models from second life.
-I like how you can change the different background colors. It adds a different contrast to her works.
-I don't like her color choices though. I think the pink and the yellow make the page hard to look at.
4.)Florian Maier-Aichen
-He is a photographer that takes very serene pictures of landscapes and other objects of nature.
-I like how clean and neat everything is in his site. White backgrounds make everything look really nice.
-He really doesn't have a very extensive collection on his website.
5.)William Kentridge
-He uses film, drawing, and photo to take certain topics in media and make them into comical scenarios.
-Site is very easy to navigate around.
-The font is very boring.
